Kid-Key-Lock

Kid-Key-Lock is a simple, free program to lock specific keyboard and mouse functions.

Kid-Key-Lock is ideal to be used in order to prevent toddlers from accidentally pressing unwanted buttons on your keyboard and mouse.

When Kid-Key-Lock is running, an indicator icon will appear on your system tray. When you click on the tray icon a pop-up menu will appear. All program functions, including the setup dialog box are accessible from this menu.

The program works on Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.

In order to install Kid-Key-Lock on your system, you have two options: Automatic installation (setup wizard) and manual installation (zip file).

Automatic Installation (recommended method)

In order automatically setup Kid-Key-Lock (with the setup wizard) follow the instructions below:

1. Download 100dof_kidkeylock_setup.exe and save it in a temporary folder, or your desktop.
2. Run 100dof_kidkeylock_setup.exe to start the setup wizard.
3. Select the desired installation settings, and click 'install' to start installation.
4. You will be prompted to read/accept Kid-Key-Lock's licence agreement and also to provide installation options. You may accept the default settings or change them as you wish.
5. Please note that our Kid-Key-Lock's may also prompt you to try software from sponsors. This high-quality, hand-picked, software which we advise you to check and try, if you have time.
