1=download novicorp win to flash 

Download :dowload from here

2=open novicorp folder 

3=double click on win-to-flash icon

4=insert window disk and pendive 

5=select pen drive in novicorp

6=then select window disk

7=then agree terms and conditions

8=press ok>next

9=now ur pendrive is ready for boot and install window
